Communication Procedure For Crisis Situation

EMERGENCY SERVICES (Police, Fire, Ambulance)...........CALL 911
Tell dispatcher specifically where you are located and briefly what the emergency is. Remain there until help arrives.

If it is necessary to send anyone to a hospital by ambulance for a serious injury, send a staff member along to serve as a liaison between hospital and district administration, with instructions to relay progress reports as soon as possible.

Immediately report crisis to:
Superintendent of Schools 
The Superintendent or his designee will handle the release of information. Please refer ALL media to the office.
